We clearly need to put up some new pictures of Tipsy! She is maturing into a beautiful, elegant bitch and she is an incredible herding dog. Tipsy has incredible stock sense and instinct; she has beautiful square flanks, a natural stop at the top, and intuitively rates her stock.
